These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thelashblast.com and the marketing services provided by Lash Blast LLC (“Lash Blast,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly, or every 90 days for prepay plans — through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Your plan renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Advertising spend paid to Meta or other ad platforms is separate from your Lash Blast subscription and is paid by you directly to those platforms.

What we provide

We provide marketing services as described in your selected plan. We work to deliver strong results but do not guarantee a specific number of bookings, leads, or revenue, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lash Blast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
