Billing & Refunds

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Lash Blast LLC subscriptions.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe — monthly for month-to-month plans, or once every 90 days for prepay plans. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Refunds
- Monthly plans are non-refundable once a billing period has started, but you can cancel to prevent the next charge.
- For 90-day prepay plans, contact us within 7 days of a charge if something isn't right — we'll review refund requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
- Advertising spend paid directly to Meta or other ad platforms is not refundable by Lash Blast.
